split chicken breasts, with skin and bones
olive oil
salt & pepper

3 tbs. butter
3 tbs. flour
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper
Melt butter in small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook 2 minutes. Whisk in milk and broth until smooth. Continue stirring until very thick and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
